HOUSTON DEM PRECINCT CHAIR: STOP GUN VIOLENCE BY SHOOTING NRA MEMBERS
breitbart ^ | december 17, 2012 | awr hawkins

Over the weekend, Houston Democrat Precinct Chair John Cobarruvias tweeted, "Can we now shoot the #NRA and everyone who defends them?"

This, apparently, is part of what he calls "hard-hitting political commentary" on his blog "Bay Area Houston."

Prior to the asinine tweet broaching the subject of shooting NRA members as a solution to gun violence, Cobarruvias had spent some of his "hard-hitting political commentary" mocking conservatives -- or as Cobarruvias himself put it, by "laughing and puking on GOP Tea Baggers."

BTW, FYI...

The Harris County DA doesn’t actually “investigate” these things...(yeah right, the sluff off)...

But...

The Houston PD, does have jurisdiction over this issue since he lives in the city of Houston...

So I am seeing if I can shake the dust off some folks in HPD to look into this and retrieve the “Tweet” in question...

If enough folks bang on the door to these investigators, we might actually see a result, which should be the arrest, charging and incarceration of this person...

Just my opinion...

I work near Chuckie Schumer’s apartment in Brooklyn, NY. Sometimes on my way to work, I see him being picked up by an armed detective... It’s OK for him to have guns to protect his sorry butt, but not ME???

Mark Levin said yesterday that he heard that Schmucky Chucky has an unrestricted carry permit. He tasked his producer with calling Schumer's office to confirm or deny it. I hope I get the chance to tune in to the results this evening.

Also, if you wish to file a report on this issue, HPD will have to send an officer to your location to get your information...

Therefore, if you do not live in the City of Houston, it might not help to call them at this time...

But levying a complaint might not be a bad idea...

Given the fact that this information about the threat is public, both nationally and locally here in the Houston area, I have a feeling that this very well might already be in the works...

I have one more call to make to see if someone at the Harris County GOP office might know if some action on their part has been initiated...The GOP chair is a lawyer, so I am sure he has been informed and is rattling the rafters in his own way...

BRB..

Unfortunately, starting with “Can we” removes it from the threat category and makes it a dumb question instead. The old “plausible deniability” thing.

Like when I ask “if the SHTF, do we start at the top and work down, or at the bottom and work up?” No threat, only a dumb question.

It could be argued in a court of law...The intent, however stated (or in writing), is arguable...

“Can we...” is like asking pe4rmission from someone(s) to do what you desire to do in the first place...

Thank you for the chapter and verse in the Code of Federal Regulations.
So there you have it, plain as day.
The Democratic Party is a terrorist organization.

Actually, that was the State of Texas Penal Code and the U.S. Code (USC), not the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

Readers of history will find the Democrat Party has been closely linked with organized crime ever since its founding and association with Aaron Burr and Tammany Hall.
