Yep, I kept posting that her withdrawing from consideration was another meaningless victory for the Senate RINOs.
They are trying to make believe that they serve some purpose.
What else could they have done? Vote for her?
Everybody has suspected that Susan Rice was sort of a loss-leader. Bambi knew he wouldn’t get her in and was planning on then going with somebody who would have been seen as more objectionable if he hadn’t first presented somebody as awful as Rice. I thought that was his objective.
However, I think this article - suggesting that she will be the new National Security Advisor - has added a very interesting aspect, namely that she would then enjoy Executive Privilege and it would be very hard to question her about anything.
Mind, she doesn’t know anything except what she was told, but that alone would be pretty damaging, since all she was told was a lie.
