The bottom line for this clown is the more people he can keep stoned the better off he is personally.

Federalism for states ignoring federal marijuana laws: Obama can live with it.
Federalism for states ignoring federal Obamacare laws: The power of every branch of the US government must crush that freedom.

President Obama says recreational users of marijuana in states that have legalized the substance should not be a "top priority" of federal law enforcement officials prosecuting the war on drugs.
Whats next? Ignoring recreational viewers of child pornography? After all, no one is harmed in just looking at children being raped?

If we don’t want big govt in our faces, why should this be a high priority for the POTUS? I would think we would want it to be more of a state issue.

Washington state is a minor issue. However, Colorado has the Denver airport which is a transcontinental hub.
What that means is that folks who get high in Denver and land in DIA or DCA for example, are going to come down in Virginia.
Times are tough. Revenues are short. Every toker busted coming off a plane is good for $5,000 minimum just for the fines, to say nothing of the thousands of dollars in the pockets of the defense lawyers.
Obama didn't do that!
Dollars to doughnuts the dope sniffing dogs are already being rescheduled to hit the passenger reception lounges ~
Much more comfortable than sniffing around the luggage area all the time ~ warmer too!

Not a big priority?
Then why are the feds shutting down all dispensaries in California and arresting people?
Why are the feds arresting people and jailing them for years for less than an ounce?
Why are they demanding dispensaries in Colorado be prohibited from setting up checking and savings accounts and arresting people?
Why can the man never tell the truth about anything?

Obama’s probably right on this one . . . even a stopped clock is right twice a day. If the people of the states with legal recreational pot get sick of any associated problems then let them clean it up. I don’t smoke the wacky weed but personally I say let others smoke up if they want . . . just don’t ask me to bail you out of any problems that may be associated with use of the substance.

And Amendment to the Constitution was required to outlaw alcohol at the national level. (States may do as they please.)
Why is no Amendment needed for reefer prohibition? Or heroin, for that matter.
Unless the Tenth has been repealed, this is a state issue, not a federal one.

Hmmm where have I heard that before? l live in AZ - a state where the WH Clown is against enforcing ILLEGAL ALIEN laws, and he has stated many times over that law enforcement should not be used enforcing little laws that he doesn't like.
AMERICA as a nation of laws IS OVER - GET IT?
