I’m doing well Ms B. I’m just a little sore, and my back was in a lurch last night, due to overexertion. I teach a Master Club class of 10 and 11 year-old boys at my church on Wednesday nights and this week I foolishly joined in a game of circular tug of war during game time. It’s a four corner pull game and you have to pull the other three corners until you can grab a bean bag several feet behind you. Of course, to be fair, the boys teamed up in pairs so I was pulling against 6 little bulldozers. I was determined to win at least one round, and I eventually did win one round by slacking the rope, making them all fall down and them dragging them all across the finish line, but oh my goodness gracious, I have the bruises and back ache to show for it lol. It’s been a heck of a challenge trying to tech them and keeping them focused on a lesson is near impossible, bless their hearts. I’m just thankful they haven’t managed to tie me up and set me on fire during classroom time.
