But but.. This is EXACTLY what 0bama wants; Driving down enlistments and letting the ‘blue helmets’ take over our military. I agree that 0bama is a traitor and cannot be trusted. Benghazi comes to mind.

If you think about it, encouraging like-minded people to boycott the military is exactly the *wrong* thing to do if you have grave concerns over where the country is heading.

my son will not join which is odd coming from two generations of Marines. I'm glad. He'd end up in the brig because of the f'd up ROE, watching men play with each other and getting cut loose in a firefight against muzzies. F'em all.

I'm in a small town so when the muzzies come a knocking I hope the liberal reap what they sow.

The marines are set up for failure and even in their commercials show "humanitarian aid" on boxes in there choppers.. bahahahahahahahaha. pathetic. the armed forces is going to be corrupted and made into a large social program. notice all the women failing to deploy and now "disabled", the surge of psychiatric conditions that get guys to file for disabilities, and getting men to NOT GO TO COLLEGE FOR good degrees but to learn bs. I pray for the guys that are in and a lot of them are my friends, but it's going to get nasty with this pathetic group of pointy headed liberals we have in charge.

I look at the horizon and I see war........ pray for our country and families.

Yeah, that might be true - but think of what a military made up of Holder's people (corrupt fast and furious types), gay liberal elites, and white generals on the take - people only committed to themselves - might look like...

They would have no problem defending THEIR power - but I'm not so sure how much they'd care about defending our constitution or country...

That's the nightmare.

The US military should boycott its Commander-in-Chief.

I regret the years that I served and I only had to deal with Bush 1 and then BJ Clinton. I could not imagine serving now.

My regret is that while I sacrificed a decade of my life in various roles (Regular Army, then USAR) to protect my fellow Americans’ liberties, they willfully and gleefully surrendered it themselves. My heart is truly broken.

It does seem that all forces are joining to keep Christians, observant Jews, conservatives, straight people, and people from nuclear families OUT of the military.

To what end, I don’t know.

But I have not recommended my sons. I don’t want them to go help build a Muslim nation anywhere.

No detraction to those currently serving. I believe that much of what they do is serving the nation. However, our nation is headed the wrong way.

It is likely that with Rat election fraud and Useful Idiots, the Marxist Rat Muslim cabal will control the vote for the foreseeable future.

With that control they will control the entire government, courts, AND THE LAW.

This means that patriotic military will be in legal mutiny and insurrection for any resistive action they take from the inside.

The only hope they would have would be a Media that would portray them as patriotic heroes removing a tyrannical criminal regime. Do we have that Media?

Sadly, historically. every national military has turned on it's most valuable citizens when commanded by the socialist/Islamic dictator in power after the usurpation, always to the surprise of the citizens.

Observing history, where do you want to be, when the orders come.

I got flamed when, a few months ago, I posted that anyone who made their living by getting a government check should be denied the privilege of voting (no representation without taxation). The biggest objection was from military supporters who questioned my patriotism.

Are their any doubts left as to how are military will vote 10 years hence? Combine the votes of the SS dependent, military, government employees nd those retired from governments at all levelsat, welfare reciepeints, a, government enabled businesses (ethanol, GM, sugar industry, etc.) and the rest of us are screwed.

I am not saying all those people are libs but if you depend on a government check then you will probably vote to preserve or expand government.

Yup. Who wants to work for the Benghazi-Coward Obama?

I have two 3 Afghan tour grunts in the Corps. One gets out today on an early out due to cut backs and said most of his friends are too. He said all he had to do was ask.

You know, I’ve had this basic line of thinking about the
military for the last 2 or 3 years, but was ashamed to say
it out loud.

I knew I couldn’t be alone.

I agree with Farah. With demographic changes on the horizen(even now), I suspect the future makeup of our military will be very different than it has been in the past. In recent decades, I’ve heard the military tends to lean Republican. I suspect it will be very different in the future.

Translation: Our future military will be made up of people who would love nothing more than to turn their guns on our own citizens, especially Christians and of the Caucasian persuasion.

Gut it.
