They cannot figure out why the sexual assaults continue to rise.

Pin ups were banned years ago. The stupid policies are what is causing more sexual assaults but they blame everything else.

One reason was porn magazines sold on base so those were banned. That did not stop sexual assaults from happening.

I would suggest swinging hips have more to do with assaults than pin ups.

In Houston the lesbian mayor imposed a “rape kit tax” to go to a near-topless bar (the women can’t even show nipples anymore but during the city’s gay pride parade, ANYTHING GOES).

This is yet another version of the “video did it” theme the Obama Admin used in Benghazi instead of fessing up to their own incompetence in failing to provide adequate security.

Now it is "the pinups did it" to explain away the problems that are cropping up due to the deletorious effect leftist social-engineering policies are having on morale and discipline.

It's like the "Bush did it" theme Obama uses to excuse leftwing economic failures.
