I printed it out. Bringing it to work tomorrow and will sing it to my boss.
He’s white, a successful small business owner and a jooooo! We had a talk about that yesterday. I said what I just stated, we were talking about how I’m still bummed out about the election.
He said “you know what Jeanie, I’m proud to be everyone of those things”. He said he’s formulating a plan, that we’ll be okay.
Bummed out isn’t correct. Perhaps shaken to my core is more proper.
“shaken to my core”... interesting that you put it that way.
There is a great shaking JUST STARTING.
Hebrews 12:
26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.[e] 27 The words once more indicate the removing of what can be shakenthat is, created thingsso that what cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, 29 for our God is a consuming fire.[f]
