And they will come back in the night, with their boyfriends in tow, and they will kill you, your family, even your cat, and take all you have. It's their "fair share", they are "entitled" to what you have.
Tell them to go to the nearest FEMA shelter and show their voter ID card (if they have them). Their liberal creds can get them helpings from Obama's stash. After all, the gibmedats wanted it that way.
They get a bag of rice, 2 liters of potable water, a disposable lighter and a warning. Tell no one where you got it and don't come back. Next time a bag of rice won't be what you get. Harsh but true.
Now, depending on circumstances that basic protocol could change. If they were injured, if they had screaming babies, if there were hostiles roaming the area, etc.
