Indeed. But then I am pretty sure the FBI/CIA doesn’t have a file on me. They likely have a file cabinet by now :-)
It’s not like there are a bunch of bureaucrats having to shuffle through reams and reams of folders. I’ll bet some geek at a computer can retrieve and sort through everything they have about about someone in a matter of seconds. So what if you make it take a little longer.
Anyone monitoring me would be bored out of their skulls.
You snap a picture of some friends or family and the photo goes from your Iphone to the clould and NSA. NSA soft ware scans the faces, location and date time. The files identify all but the some kids..
My question - where are all the civil libertarians? When G.W. was in charge, we heard from them on a daily basis and/or reminded of the abuse of the Bush Administration regarding civil liberties.
Meet your friends face-to-face, at the pub or maybe the shooting range.
They can’t (yet) monitor face-to-face conversations.
Besides, they can only pick off the few, not the many. If they reach the point where they need more to monitor than there are discussing insurrection, then we’ve won, because the insurrectionists be in the majority!

2 Billion dollar data center that permanently records all
emails, text, twitter, cell phone calls, etc. and uses
massive algorithms that tie seemingly unrelated topics
into meaningful messages.
This started in the 1990s, but I don’t think PREZBILL was at fault, just a monster that was created and has grown. Every e-mail, phone call, transaction, everything is recorded by NSA.....no one is watching you unless a codeword is triggered....of course it could be political.....PREZBO is not doing this, he is just the recipient....

This guy is a genuine liberal. His column in libertarian though, and is indispensable:

The WOT took shape. And, because a 'R' was in charge, people looked the other way.
Store this ! Obummer is a freakin a$$hole !
This might have me very concerned. Then I reflect on the people collecting it. Will the Feds to be just as effective at using all this information as they are at running the U.S. Postal Service, Amtrak, and the State Department?
What was that expression: "He who knows everything, knows nothing."
Well if they’re accessing these let me state that every democrat holding office in the country today is a bed-wetting nitwit with a mother fixation and graced with the brains God gave grapes. That goes for the moron-in-chief, his brain-damaged second in command and all the munchkins in congress. Every stinking male democrat in office is “equipped” shall we say like a salmon and every female, not that there’s much difference, is ugly enough to scare a blind dog of a meat truck.
Store that.
It is very real

I started fighting back 3 1/2 years ago. I attend all the local government meetings, write about them on my blog, and have become a real pain in the ass to bureaucrat types.
It’s good to know that an archive of my witty and pithy
sayings will live down through the ages, to enlighten
and warn tyrants through all time.
Sic Semper Tyrannosouri !
Ha-ha! Absolutely, and applies to monitoring any of us. Civil servants are lazy and bored at doing real work. They are certainly not working quickly at monitoring anything from us peons, something they would quickly tire of. They are probably playing Solitaire while awaiting their next paycheck.
Calling the government insane is being totally unfair to those that are insane. We need another word. But, we cannot, as decent people, repeat it here.
