He’s there to get your attention or at least divert your attention. The Clinton’s are leg breakers, so old Bill might be the “Pick”. It’s possible that he might be a “Fagin” passing along the tricks of the trade to Obama. I don’t think so. I think the Clinton’s are just “Stalls”. Well paid ones. The “Fagin” on a pickpocket team hides in the shadows. He teaches and collects the money to be distributed. Pelosi and Reed are probably just “Stalls” too. But there is a “Fagin”. We just have to bring him out of his hiding place.
