A congressional hearing Thursday on aviation security will be missing its chief witness, who declined to testify. Transportation Security Administration chief John Pistole had been asked to appear before the Transportation and Infrastructure subcommittee on aviation on the impact of his agency's policies on passengers and the airline industry.
But Pistole said he had no plans to attend, arguing the panel has no jurisdiction over TSA matters.

I think we’ve found an agency to de-fund to close the budget gap. I imagine Mr. Pisstole would be able to find his way to Capitol Hill if that were suggested.

IF PUBs had any guts at all, they would send the Sergeant-at-Arms of the House and arrest this POS.
But that would be in the alternate universe we had.

Subpeona............
The GOP hasn’t even called Susan Rice to testify.
They just want to move on to screwing us with the Grandest Bargain of All. So what if a few Americans died. So what if the
TSA is infringing on our rights. The GOP has more important
things to do like Amnesty and the Grandest Bargain of All.
The GOP is completely leaderless.

This is a big deal. It's part of the Obama Regime's plan to ignore Congressional authority and centralize all power under the Executive Branch's appointed "Commis-czars." I think that's the definition of "dictatorship."
