The White House says President Barack Obama will meet privately Thursday with his vanquished rival Mitt Romney, their first face-to-face encounter since the election.

Romney was the only republican candidate the media got all excited about running against Obama.
This is what happens when the party "settles" for a candidate that appears to be "electable"!

You know, it would make sense to make Romney the Prime Minister. Obama could be President for the American Idol type fools, and Romney could do the work.

Homosexual marriage in Massachussets, appointed liberal judges repeatedly in Massachussets, permanent gun ban in Massachussets, AND Romenycare which is Obamacare but at a state level instead.
His record is of a solid liberal.

That doesn’t make him extremely competent politically or in governing.
Yes, it was a lousy field. I disagree with Huntsman even more than with Romney and like him even less, but Huntsman was an effective governor.
