Say again, neutral.
As Ronald Reagan might say, there he went again.
What was Jeb Bush neutral about?
The choice between liberal Charlie Crist and conservative Marco Rubio for the Republican nomination for United States Senator from Florida.
Oh, he finally came around. After then-Governor Crist endorsed the Obama stimulus, this was a bridge too far even for former Governor Bush.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since Obama has been president for over 3 years now, and his father was Kenyan, that whole question is moot.
Whoever it is, he should get out now and stridently attack the Commie DumBO. And, if you think ZerO won’t be running again you are naive or the One will have declared himself Pres__ent for life by UN treaty.
Allen West would be my choice.
Frankly, Jeb Bush would be the worst possible candidate for the Republicans to nominate. There are all sorts of reasons why the base would not support him. To give him the benefit of the doubt: I am sure that he is a nice man--just not focused on key points. I could not, as one sworn to uphold the Constitution, vote for him.
But that said, I believe it is a profound mistake for people to be lining up for any candidate this early.

For 2016, I'm in favor of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, for three main reasons:
1) He's a fighter. He successfully led the Republicans to victory over the public employee unions, despite extreme measures undertaken by the unions. He never wavered.
2) If he had any nasty skeletons in his closet, the "Right to Work" fight would have resulted in them being dug up and exposed during the recall election.
3) His governor stint gives him executive experience and credibility, something that Rubio lacks. Successful presidents generally have had experience as a gov or a general. What do other FReepers think?
Who doesn’t speak Spanish?
George H Bush’ mother is Mexican, his mother’s parents still live there (or have home/s there), his mom taught the kids her native language......of course he speaks Spanish.
No, the voters who vote in this charade are the stupid ones. Any of the 2 final candidates will be from the elites, who own then & then own you.
Screw the pubbies; for the most part they are wimpy, spineless, back stabbers & gutless. TIME FOR A THIRD PARTY!!!
Setting all of the other arguments aside, whether they are true or not - this makes no sense...a candidate named Bush cannot and will not win pretty much by default...it would not matter if otherwise he was organizationally, personally, etc. the best candidate ever otherwise.
As evidenced by the last election...we don’t live a world that logical.
Oh, it’s so unfair.
Bo freaking ho.
I guess so. But what if another moderate runs? There must be establishment types who think the Bush name is still poison. Jeb would split the vote, and enable a conservative to win the nomination, if conservatives could settle on one candidate.
The problem, though, is that anyone who has any kind of record in politics -- especially a voting record in Congress -- is liable to be seen as a moderate or RINO or sell-out, so you get purist fringe candidates splitting the conservative vote.
I believe you mean George P.
Everyone who believes in conservative principles and defends them is branded a “purist”. As if that’s a bad thing.
It is also as false as false can be.
It's not a bad thing. It just doesn't in itself qualify somebody to be president.
Keyes, Dornan, Forbes, Cain, Hunter, Tancredo: good people maybe, but they weren’t presidential material when they ran.
” Start today building a future.”
Need to build it somewhere else. The republican party is a party for the party leadership. Their constituency is themselves. The party no longer has principles and unlike the democrats they are at war with their once core asset... conservatives.
Why anyone would support a party that hates them is beyond me. Building a future on a foundation of sand is a plan for failure.. Need to find some rock.. ant the GOP dont rock....

“his mom taught the kids her native language”
You don’t know that.
From my experience, that is a dream by folks like you. But then, you have never lived it. You are just yammering.
