God does not tolerate sin for too long; He is a just and fierce God who commands us to worship only Him. Time and time again it was demonstrated in the Old Testament what happened to those who sinned and turned away from Him.
His wrath will be terrible and swift when it happens.

Foxx is up for the role as the villain ‘Electro’ in the next Spider-Man movie...fans are not happy, some because Electro is white in the comics, and this is just another ‘PC’ move by Hollywood. Wonder if this will have an effect on casting for that role?

Let's get a bit of historical perspective, here ... just in the XX Century, we had Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Idi Amin, Pol Pot, and a host of their small-time imitators attempt to institutionalize their delusions of godhood.
In the XIX, delusions of prophethood seem to have been more common, with numerous restorationist movements setting up new religions based on the self-so-called prophet's alleged revelations. This business, of course, recalls to mind the madness which came roaring out of Arabia with fire and the sword back in the 800s.
the XVIII Century treated us to the spectacle of allegedly enlightened folks elevating "human reason" or "humanity" to godhood. The French Revolution (a truly revolting event) was the culmination of this sort of delusion.

I agree. And the “Mark” is the law of Islam. Not a lot of people understand how distinctly their Shariah compliance deals with finance. If they control the economy, you must live under the “mark” to buy or sell anything.
Hell, privately owned franchises from before the takeover of corporate Church’s by Crescent Bank had to stop selling bacon and sausage in their breakfast menu.
If Mohammad is not the Anti-Christ he sure takes the spot for second place.
