Radio host Mark Levin disagreed Monday with Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol on tax hikes, and said that he is aiding Obamas attack on capitalism and successful people.
As a panelist on Fox News Sunday, Kristol has argued that the Republican Party should be willing to raise taxes and that the tea party wouldnt care if a few millionaires pay a couple percent more in taxes.
But Levin a prominent figure within the tea party movement ripped Kristols analysis.
Among the others who I think its time just to go someplace and talk among yourselves, would be Bill Kristol, Levin said. I dont know what hes added to anything other than giving aid and comfort to Obamas attack on capitalism and successful people. This has to be the 40th time hes said something on this.

Kristol, like anybody else, is free to pay voluntary taxes, in excess of what he owes.
Media loves to bring on “conservatives” who will agree with the liberals. Yes, they do this on purpose.
Sliding tax rates choke.
Simplify the tax codes; let every free man know where he stands, and what he must do to succeed. An ever-shifting landscape of blame invites disaster.
Kristol outted himself.. as a democrat tool..
He should never be trusted again.. EVER..
Any that “book” him should also be “marked”..
Praise the Lord there is someone out there in America land that agrees with me on this issue. It is frustrating to see so many who want taxes to increase though cannot understand it’s Obama’s further attempts to punish the success of individuals hard work (by their own labors). Krystol is showing himself; those moderate colors. Unbelievable, to portray himself as a conservative; while giggly, no doubt, to give the liberal view to all of us as a solid principle. Could others from the audience please step up and call him out. No wonder part of our base stayed home. They are sick of dealing with these kind of people. We need new people speaking for us.
I get a daily newsletter from both the Weekly Standard and Commentary Magazine.
Like me, almost all their writers support a strong military and an assertive foreign policy when US interests and allies are endangered.
But our shared values seem to end there.
On the issues of free enterprise capitalism, on religion, on crime, on culture, on immigration, and on limited government, they are always on the attack against Conservatives, and they are always searching for a way to compromise with the Democrat Party.
Glad he took this issue on.

Mark is the greatest defender of Liberty in the public realm today. I will stand with him any day.
Who is this Kristol person you speak of? Was it the cobbler's son who was fired because he wasn't fit to shine Mark Levin's shoes?
Then again "It's not just about money, it's about fairness".

Congress should immediately pass a bill as part of the "fiscal cliff" negotiations that provides for IRS forms to "ask" millionaires and billionaires if they want to pay the higher percentages. If so, they can check the appropriate box and pay the extra taxes.
Warren Buffett and the rest of these morons can gladly check the box and write bigger checks, just like they have practically begged to do. And I'm sure they will, lest they expose themselves as shameless, lying hypocrites.
Sure, they really will!

Making the rich “pay their fair share” to the government will not increase the “revenue” to the government. Anyone who believes that is a moron. When the rich have more money taken that used for wealth creation, there is less wealth created. For the moron who needs a further explanation, that wealth is what generates “revenue” for the government.
For the DC insiders it dosen’t matter if the taxes on the rich are never collected.
It is all about “optics”—aka conning the ignorant public.
There will always be gigantic loopholes for the rich—they will just hire a sharp tax accountant and deduct the cost for hiring them!
The weekly standard has always been a two-trick pony: defence o Israel and opposition to totalitarianism but compromise on other conservative ideals. The Grand Alliance of conservatives, neo-cons, social conservatives, fiscal conservatives, libertarians and blue collar Reagan Democrats can’t survive if you throw one element of the alliance under the bus.
Giving in to Obama on the “tax the wealthy” scam openly agrees with the huge lie that the rich are not paying their fair share. Ben Stein is another pseudo-conservative who espouses this idiocy. The fact is forcing the wealthy to pay more in taxes than they currently do won’t drop the deficit a whit. It’s like trying to bail out Lake Superior with a thimble.
I grow weary from all the talk of “raising taxes”. I don’t want any more tax increases or “new taxes” until spending is cut significantly. Time for the pols to face the facts, the can has been kicked too far and too long. Government is just theater of the absurd.
One of the reasons I quit my subscription to the Weekly Standard. Fred Barnes is not much better nor is Steve Hayes.
