We had a sunny few hours today.

Man....I was just this minute too slow getting from my desk to the back window to see a bald eagle launch from a tree in our yard! The ducks are gone for now, as a goshawk was dining on one this morning, and the “killer birds” (magpies) constantly harass the hawks whenever they are on a “meal”.

He just dined a week ago.

I’ve never seen one except in zoos. :)
