West asks court to order full recount of early votes in St. Lucie County
by George Bennett | November 13th, 2012
Republican Rep. Allen West‘s campaign says it filed a request for an injunction late today ordering St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker to conduct a recount of all 37,397 ballots from early voting rather than the 16,275 ballots the county canvassing board decided to recount Sunday.
A copy of the filing wasn’t immediately available.
A partial recount of early votes on Sunday showed Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy losing 667 votes and West losing 132 — a net gain of 535 votes for West that reduced Murphy’s small lead in the congressional District 18 race.
“It stands to reason that if the remaining early votes were to be recounted, additional errors would be uncovered and the tabulation of votes revised accordingly,” a statement from West’s campaign said. “Until these remaining early ballots are recounted, however, the Canvassing Board has arbitrarily applied differing counting standards to similarly situated ballots. The erroneous decision of St. Lucie County to ‘re-feed’ only some of the early votes cast in this election violates the Florida Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection to voters.”
Earlier in the day, Secretary of State Ken Detzner ordered three representatives to St. Lucie County to observe and report on the elections process there. St. Lucie, Martin and northern Palm Beach counties make up District 18.

isn;t it stunning to see this election so rigged by the left and how they fought tooth and nail to have laws enforced or passed and yet the GOP does not even back a veteran up, a man who has done more for this countr than most in the GOP or the Dems.
We have seen first hand around this country how these results did not add up, we have seen first hand how West has seen how republican votes were not counted and still the GOP and Romney’s lot does and did nothing

I;d not just count them as it will have illegals and those who used fraud or voted twice or evenm ore times have their count conted.
No I’d also demand that the voters who voted be crossed off with the regutrationrols but then again we know FL and other states did not even go for obama and we know the GOP will do nothing.

That county should be highlighted on all national radio talk shows.
That is the essence of what a fraudulent local government looks like. I hope that West continues to fight this since it's clear he is not getting fair treatment. This is that area where Obama hugged that weight lifter-It is a democratic operative land. Imo-Why Obama came there, to thank his operatives-in place and stir up the welfare recipients.

There are many theories of why Romney lost the election.
My personal theory is early voting fraud. When the States starting allowing early voting there was massive opportunity for cheating.
I'm glad West is now going after the early voting process. Hopefully this investigation will spread to other swing states.

still the GOP and Romneys lot does and did nothing And many talk about how McCain gave the election away - this one is on a silver Judas platter.

Ms. Walker was quoted as saying “Tallahassee” ordered her to only count three days. Tallahassee (State Elections) said that’s not true. They were under they impression Ms. Walker (St. Lucie) was going to count ALL early ballots.
Ms. Walker tries to throw the State under the bus and the State says no.
This very well payed St. Lucie Elections director needs to go.

This is exactly what happened in Venezuela. Once he got there, he never left. He was never that popular but the army of media slime, and union thugs supporting Chavez and silencing opposition, along with the extraordinary election results, make the world think he is truly a populist. Hand outs galore. The same goes for Kirshner.
Once all the limosene liberals start losing money, Obama is doomed.

Well, let’s see. On election day it took about 24 hours or less to count them all.
So what’s the problem with counting them again.
How much do I wanna bet that the request for this extremely difficult, tedious, journey of a billion miles task is denied...
