As new information emerges regarding Friday’s resignation of CIA Director David Petraeus, not only does the story begin to crystallize, but so does the timeline of the FBI investigation that sparked it. In light of the news that officials in the Department of Justice apparently knew about the investigation for months, it now appears that they may have prolonged the release of information to appropriate parties, including to the director of national intelligence.
Details surfaced late Friday that the woman with whom Petraeus engaged in an affair was in fact his biographer, Paula Broadwell. Ultimately, it was the harassing emails Broadwell sent to another woman connected to Petraeus, and whom sources say Broadwell perceived as some sort of rival, that prompted the FBI to initiate its investigation this spring. There has not been any evidence to suggest that the relationship between Petraeus and the other unidentified woman was romantic in nature.
Investigators initially thought the CIA Director’s personal Gmail account had been hacked and pursued the matter as a potential cybercrime. Instead, they discovered the affair through the course of examining emails between Broadwell and Petraeus, some of which were sexual in nature.

Yep. All three are important, but they are all just part of the bigger story. Why has Obama been setting the Middle East on fire? How does George Soros play into this?
If Petraeus has any honor at all he will get his saggy wrinkled arse up to Capitol Hill and spill his guts.
Funny how these rats know everything we do but they never knew about FAst and Furious or BenGahzi... yeah, right.
Soros’ son mentioned it, like father like whore: don’t build hospitals during a crisis, try to solve the crisis with “peace talks”.
In other words build a Soros society of corruption and governance, screwing every one around with empty words.
They’re capable, just on the wrong side. They have accelerated the caliphate quite efficiently.
People do not seem to realize that both petraeus and his so-called ‘mistress’ were/are BOTH arabists, sympathetic to muslims and very much anti-Israel. Hand and glove with this admin...and state.
Notice in these reports how uniformly they’ll belabor the expression, “just HAPPENED to RUN ACROSS...” They really smack it in your face, and it’s a lie. They want to do several things:
1. they want to give the impression that they learned of the affair very recently
2. they want you to believe they didn’t expect to find what they did
3. theythey want to banish any notion that they were dispatched on this surgical info strike from higher ups —waaaay higher-ups
All exercises of this type have the goal of pushing treachery away from Hussein and making him seem less politically ambitious.
This is so insane it’s hard to say where to begin. I think if someone had tried to pitch a novel with this plot, it would have been rejected as too improbable.
