1. Don't embrace homosexuality like Mitt did.

3. Don't talk about “hard work”, voters already work hard.
4. Don't pretend that the Republican Party has not already approved of open borders. Voters know the GOP wants open borders.
5. Condi Rice is an elite Feminist and a bad example.
6. Voters don't want to work in a “big box” stores for a boss like Mitt. Talk about Main Street and small businesses.

Our new party needs to be an educating party. It needs to be focused on telling the truth, and teaching about the constitution. We need to tell all these people how to tease out lies and Alinsky- mocking from real truth about economy and policy. There is no other way. Americans are ignorant and get their info from comedy channel and Leno one liners.

It won't work, Yaelle. It's like Rush has been saying -- nobody cares about those traditional American paths to freedom. Romney espoused them, and we all told ourselves, "yes, this is what the people want to return to", but it was all rejected.

401k’s and stocks are one of the best ways to beat inflation, and Bernake has promised to keep printing, well, electronic money transfers...just don’t put all your eggs in one basket, downsize if you think you have too much there, lower your withholding to at least get employer match if you want that. GOP needs to:

Offer nationalized health care - call it “Republicare”
Open the borders; make hiring “immigrants” mandatory
Legalize prostitution
Heavily Tax the Internet
Daycare facilities in all public high schools
Increase min wage to $9.50/hour
Tax movie rentals
Tax music downloads

Funny you say that because I was just looking at houses across the river. Merryland actually passed the Sodomite "Marriage" law and I want out of here! Only problem Virginia is now officially a blue state I guess. Mrs S is back in OK this week on business and she loves it over there. She's even going to buy boots tonight. LOL!

Well now the mouth-breathers who are on ‘disability’ for migraines and depression can continue to stand by their mailbox waiting for their ‘pay’checks so that they can still stock their rancid grease smelling, cigarette smoked filled hovels with plastic cheese, chips, and sodas, so that they can sit in front of the boob tube and not miss one episode of Honey Boo Boo, the kardashians, and Dancing with the Stars; while the rest of us work our butts off to support them. It’s a lot easier to do that instead of beating the pavement looking for work.

Rush hitting the disparity between mccains totals and Romney’s. to me it also is puzzling.

I was left flabbergasted when they finally called Ohio for Obama. The turnout in my county and surrounding counties was averaging at least an hour wait all day long! Was told that a large consistent turnout was Romney's key to victory. Turnout was large.......no victory. Sad day.

Barack Obama had nearly 10 million fewer votes last night than in 2008.
But it was enough to win.
Fewer Republicans turned out to vote for Mitt Romney
Mitt won only 57 million votes.

In 2008 John McCain had nearly 60 million votes.

Rush's opening was good. I notice he hasn't taken any responsibility for the success of the "war on women" with his unforced error by attacking Fluke as a 'slut.'

I put Romney's loss on at least two factors:

1. the "historical nature" of the Obama presidency

2. the long continuously renewed shadow of Bush's legacy

The anti-Mormonism among evangelicals (see also the freepers obsessed with white horse prophesies) also played a not insignificant part.

1. The electoral process needs to be made more secure.

The electoral process needs to flow down to the states on a county basis. We lose all of these tight elections because of BIG CITY. The Dems OWN the big cities.
