According to Election Journal, the polling stations are indeed refusing to comply with the order, and the sheriff’s department is attempting to enforce.

The democrats have really become the scum of the earth!

I really don’t understand this lawlessness.

It is mind boggling to me that they think they can do this and get away with it.

I hope we get some good video of these Black Panthers violating state and federal law standing at those polling stations.

Seal Team November 6: Aims to Stare Down Voter Intimidation in Philadelphia
Philly Mag ^ | November 1st, 2012 | Larry Mendte
Posted on November 6, 2012 9:58:03 AM EST by AmonAmarth

Call them “Seal Team November 6.” Special operations veterans, including former Navy Seals, Delta Force will be called back into action on Election Day to make certain there’s no voter intimidation at the polls.

Philadelphia is a prime target.

Former Navy Captain Benjamin Brink is leading the operation. “The nation saw the video of members of the Black Panthers in Philadelphia intimidating people trying to vote in 2008,” Brink told me when I interviewed him during my radio show on IQ 106.9. “We are going to try and make certain that nothing like that happens this year.”

Brink claims to have over a hundred former Army Rangers, Navy Seal, Delta Force, Green Berets and others who have volunteered for duty. The idea of Navy Seals and Black Panthers getting into it at a Philly polling site gives a whole new incentive for casting a ballot. “Our guys aren’t easily intimidated,” adds Brink.

Don’t let the bravado fool you. The mission, according to the Captain, is to observe and report, not to engage. “We are going to watch for intimidation, videotape it, if possible, and report it to the proper authorities.”

Benjamin Brink lives in the St. Louis area. He served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. It was the video of the Black Panthers and the battle over voter ID laws that inspired him to start his clean election movement called “Get Out the Vet.” The group also works to make certain those serving overseas get ballots and that those ballots are counted. “There are men and women fighting right now so that we have the right to vote in free and fair elections,” reminds Brink. “We are just doing our part to make certain democracy works the way it is supposed to.”

Although Philadelphia will get special attention, the special-ops veterans will also be overseeing polling sites in cities like Cleveland, Miami and Las Vegas—big cities in swing states that have had a history of reports of voter intimidation.

But isn’t sending big, strapping, steely-eyed men with buzz cuts and special-ops tattoos, at the very least, visually hypocritical? Don’t these guards against voter intimidation intimidate people themselves? “That is not our purpose,” assures Brink. “Voters showing up to the polls probably won’t even notice they are there. These men are trained to be ghosts.”

Seriously? Everyone of those individuals should be arrested for obstruction of justice on the spot. Who the hell do they think they are.

on a non-political forum, a rube for the DNC claimed that this is an example of how Republicans are trying to squash the black vote.
It really is amazing how delusional the Dems have become.

At first I thought the poster was joking, but then he started to say that the NAACP had a protected right to “electioneer” in Texas.

I asked this wonderful person to replicate the activity at his local polling facility to see the extent of constitutional protection.

We once had a city union that went on strike. The City got the judge to issue a back to work order with the caveat that any refusal will be met by a contempt citation and fine of $100,000 a day. They were back on the job the next day.

Since this appears to be coordinated through the Dempcrat Party. Then do the same. Issue a contempt citation, the original order is already on file, and then charge the party and the INDIVIDUAL who interferes with a $100,000 dollar an hour fine. OR, take the poll judge in question in custody and have him explain to the court WHY he refused entry to a duly appointed official.

I’d bet the official will spill the beans that this was coordinated through the party. Then file RICO against the party (State Attorney General) and prosecute!!!!

Time we use the law to OUR advantage.

HARRISBURG, PA—Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding the first court order issued by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to seat Republican Minority Inspectors in Philadelphia Polling places:

“This was a shameless attempt from the Obama campaign to suppress our legally appointed Republican poll watchers in Philadelphia and they got caught,” Chairman Rob Gleason said.

“We’ve seen these shenanigans before and it’s clear that Democratic operatives and the Obama campaign are desperate; trying to shield Republican Minority Inspectors who are employees of the City of Philadelphia today from monitoring election activities. It certainly raises the question, what are Democrats doing in the polls that they are working so hard to shield folks from monitoring this election?”

So far this morning, Democratic operatives prohibited 75 legally credentialed Republican election workers from accessing polling places in heavily Democratic areas in Philadelphia. Incidents ranged from judges of elections refusing to seat Republican Minority Inspectors and Clerks, to reports of Democratic election operatives announcing that “No Republicans will be allowed in the polling place.”

As a result, the Republican Party of Pennsylvania petitioned the Court to issue formal orders to force Democratic judges of elections to seat Republican minority inspectors and clerks. The Court said that they will issue around 6-12 Orders with approximately 6 – 10 names per Order.

All well and good, but it’s time we shine a bright light on theses rats. That’s why it’s important to have the judge issue a contempt of court citation. Once the judge does, then the poll worker interfering will have to explain WHY he did what he did. My bet is this was coordinated from the state party and that now opens the door for a state RICO action against the party.

It’s time we stand our ground. We helped create this mess by being complacent in past elections. We opened the door to these shennanigans. Now is the time to kick some a$$.

I wonder if it is possible to sequester by time stamp the votes cast while the poll watchers were absent and mark them as provisional ballots to be counted after proof of validity? Just asking.
