Remember that Absentee ballots have not been opened and counted as to WHO they voted for yet.....
People who voted absentee already are only separated by THEIR PARTY of REGISTRATION as identification ONLY....... not by which candidate they voted for! Not all the Democrats who have voted will be votes for Obozo....... but the MEDIA are counting these votes as if they are for OBOZO.
These stories are last ditch efforts of the media to convince everyone the Obozo is doing just fine...he is NOT! Everyone of us knows someone who is a democrat that will be voting Romney this time.....remember that when you read these 'Last Gasp' stories from the media............

I’m against early voting. And I don’t think any information regarding early voting should be revealed.

Mike Tobin and Phil Keating have been telling the Friends all morning that early voting in both Ohio and Florida shows Barry ahead. I’m confused.

I notice they failed to mention Independent voters, which will definitely break for Romney and produce a win for is in every single one of those states.

Travis county which is the blue cancer in central Texas (especially Austin) reported early voting was down. Our conservative area in far NW Travis had record early turnout.

I now think Michael Barone was playing it safe.
I’ll move MI, MN and OR to leaning Romney.
Not a good sign. I’m smelling a landslide here.

He is expected to have an early lead, just not as much as he did in 2008.

I remember in 04 when election day exit polls were all favoring Kerry. Hours later those same pundits were choking back tears as they had to call Ohio, and the election, for Bush.

Being ahead for Obama is meaningless, it is by how much that counts.
Democrat EV is way down from 08, GOP way up.
We will close the gap quickly on election day.

the flaw in their logic is to assume that all democrats are voting for Obama. While polls show that 93% of republicans intend to vote for Romney, only 83% of democrats intend to vote for Obama. That, plus only 10% of people called are answering the pollsters' questions. I'd bet the 90% who aren't talking are NOT for Obama.

According to those who know the state the best, Obama is NOT going to win Ohio. The polls that have him ahead are oversampling Democrats by several percentage points (+9) when the turnout in 2008 was only +8 Democrats. In 2010 the turnout was actually +1 Republican. Even if it is somewhere in between this year, that translates into a Romney win, especially when you consider that Ohio has a Republican governor and attorney general making voter fraud much less of a factor.

Doesn’t mean much. Dems vote early more than Republicans.
To: snarkytart
I hear ya, but this is much different than ‘08. I think most of us knew McLame was doomed. This is completely different. I think it’s gonna be closer than a lot of other folks on our side do, but Romney does have a very, very good chance to win.
To: snarkytart
Thanx for the snarky post, tart.
Actually I did a search - but I misspelled something in the title so it didn’t come up. It was then corrected.
fyi - there is no rule about a thread being posted only once. Many articles are posted more than once because people read them at different times of the day - like this one, late last night and early this morning.
