...where were such prognostications when the polls apparently chiseled Obama’s reelection in stone?
It all depends what you believe, the things you are told (media) or things you see (Chick-Fil-A, Scott Walker, Mid-Term results) to name a few
I think there were. From early summer and before, it was just that any and every suggestion about Romney winning were immediately guffawed and ridiculed by every member of the press and media.
They were confident in their collusion and knew the FIRST reaction to any suggestion of the contrary is to slam down hard. Quell dissent completely.
This fell apart after the first debate. They cannot hold back the tide now. They don’t have enough digits and appendages to stick in the dike now.
Where have you been reading?
This writer has been predicting this for four years. Predicted 2010 mid terms as well. How do I know? I wrote this and all of these pieces for the last four years:

Had a piece several weeks ago in fact:

The internals were never legimate.
I was predicting a 55% / 45% Romney win back in August when the numbers were almost reversed.
Modern American Presidential Politics are ruled by one question:
“Do I want more of this?”
From FDR through 0bama, every single Presidential election has been a reflection on the guy who was in office the last four years.
Americans DO NOT WANT 4 MORE YEARS OF THIS CR*P!!!!
