Normally, I have no difficulty writing this column. I see it as a way to provide busy readers a coherent narrative of the best of the week's most important news -- largely as reported by the alternative media and ignored by its richer, fatter and lazier media opposition.
This week is sadly different. The latest news coming out about the murder of our ambassador and three other brave Americans in Ben Ghazi is so horrifying and shocking I can take no pleasure in writing about it. It's still largely unreported by the legacy media. Fox News has been a leader and there's been some coverage at CNN by Anderson Cooper, but PBS and the alphabets have been doing their best to keep from you the incompetence, treachery and outrageous behavior of the President, Vice President, Secretaries of State and Defense.
Luckily, their "firewall" -- blaming the tragedy on a hapless producer of a video trailer, the CIA, and lower level State Department officials -- seem (as one might have predicted, and I did), to result in numerous leaks to the press, undercutting that pack of lies.

Haven’t seen this pointed out. The ex-SEALs ordered to stand down went anyway. Woods’ father said his son had saved (if I’m correct) about thirty lives (Americans at the consulate). Can anyone verify this?
The order, if followed, would have meant DOZENS of dead?
Any solid number on how many lives the two ex-SEALs saved?
Come on, Democrats. Nobody will go to Cuba to bring Obama back. He’ll have enough money to sit on a Cuban beach and smoke choom for decades. Go have that talk with him. Tell him you’ll look the other way while he skedaddles over to Cuba to ask for asylum. And tell Hillary to head to China. They’ll take her and Bill. We all know that this Benghazi thing is a million times worse than Iran Contra, DESERT ONE and Watergate all rolled up together. Don’t let the whole mess bleed all over our tv screens every day. Just say they were a couple of bad actors and you were going to get rid of them anyway. When the money comes out, it will be too late. Don’t make the media have to destroy the whole party. It’s Sunday. It’s a good time for a serious talk.

Let’s be clear, Feldman, “they” blamed free speech, the 1st Amendment, the Bill of Rights for acts of terrorism.
I am of the belief that they went to the consulate to facilitate a rescue and retreat back to the annex. They rescued one or two, and one body but could not find the ambassador. Source...... Greg Palcott Fox News
Fighting a battle was not their objective
There were only five to seven Americans at the consulate from what I can tell. Three of those were black men according to the cowardly Libyan guards. Then there was the ambassador and Sean Smith. According to one first hand account, all of the Americans were armed. Also, the Libyan witness said the three black men were wearing body armor.
I have read that they killed 30-60 Muzzies.....don’t know how many people they saved, although there are at least 3 Americans I believe who were injured and brought home.
Until someone that was on the ground that night or one of the high brass that have been relieved of command comes out publicly with what went down that night, MSM will ignore this story.

The others, the 30, were I believe the contract security team, Libyans. The run to the consulate extracted the one or two Americans and one body. They searched for but could not locate the Ambassador. They re boarded their vehicle and returned to the annex.

I have an article, but not sure how accurate it is. The ex-SEALS arrived unarmed and picked up Al-Qaeda weapons and returned fire. This allowed 20 Americans to escape. The ex-SEALS killed 60 Al-Qaeda.

In recent days on FR, I’ve seen a few posters use the word “treason” and I thought hmmmm???.....how could that leap be made? So, for days I’ve been reading and reading and reading on this and all of a sudden it dawned on me thet “the son of a bitch consciously and prmeditatedly, as Commander in Chief, CHOSE to SAVE our countries enemies lives and allow our most patriotic and deserving Americans to DIE!”.
The enemy had the advantage and our CIC did not want to kill (slaughter) the bastards by employing the F18 or the C130. He himself is on tape as saying something like “if push comes to shove, I will stand with the Muslims”.
If that is not textbook TREASON, I don’t know what is. The US has hung, electrocuted or shot others for far less! Eisenhower put one kid to a firing squad for simple cowardice in the face of the enemy. Perhaps that’s it, Obama’s spine, in the face of the enemy, buckled.
