On Oct. 26, President Obama signed a new Executive Order which expands the role and scope of Homeland Security in states and areas across the country. This order, which establishes a new Security Partnership Council, will have far reaching effects in the overall mission of Homeland Security, and for state and local areas that interact with the Federal agency.

Economically, the Establishing the White House Homeland Security Partnership Council Executive Order will increase funding and resources to state and local governments to fulfill Homeland Security programs and doctrines, as well as increase Federal oversight in the implementation of directives tied to the agencies mission.

Someone sent me a list of them a while back. He is literally taking over America. The Obama voters don’t seem to have any idea that they will be enslaved like the rest of us and just think of that North Korean loyal officer that was murdered because the government there said he was drunk and carousing during the mourning period of the old leader. I think there may be a "pivot" designed into the grand scheme of things. The politicians themselves would simply shift to fit the remaining demographic after the big purge.

HS is in a desperate scramble to not just establish some, any, reason for its existence, but to expand its power and authority into what amounts to a nationalized local police and all other emergency services agency.

In Nazi Germany, all state and city police and emergency forces were absorbed into the “Ordnungspolizei” which existed from 1936 to 1945.

The Ordnungspolizei or Orpo (Order Police) were the uniformed regular police force in Nazi Germany between 1936 and 1945. It was increasingly absorbed into the Nazi police system. Owing to their green uniforms, they were also referred to as Grüne Polizei (green police).

The Orpo was established as a centralized organisation uniting the municipal, city, and rural uniformed forces that had been organised on a state-by-state basis.

Eventually the Orpo embraced virtually all of the Third Reich’s law-enforcement and emergency response organizations, including fire brigades, coast guard, civil defense, and even night watchmen.

After WWII, there was some degree of federalization of the Polizei, but it became the alternative to the military draft, in that men could either serve their enlistment as soldiers *or* police. All training and legal standards were directed by the central government. Police were assigned to any part of Germany other than their home district.

Importantly, German police do not have to be German citizens, and special efforts are made to recruit members of minority communities, citizens or not.

The reason I mention this is because many US leaders in both parties prefer the German or European model to the way things are done in the US, so there is considerable support for HS to gradually assume this type of mission, instead of being decommissioned and dissolved.
