Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has warned a group of UN-affiliated international election observers that they could be subject to criminal prosecution if they breach state laws by being within 100 feet of polling place entrances.
The US State Department issued a warning as well. No, not to the election observers to Texas:
International election observers planning to visit Texas polling places have full immunity from being arrested in the United States, the State Department said when discussing a letter from the Texas Attorney General.
Im not going to get into any kind of hypothetical situations or predict where this is going to go other than to say we have every expectation that this will be worked out and to state the fact, which is that under U.S. law they are eligible for immunities, said State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland. Reporters tried to get her to state explicitly that Texas could not arrest election observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), but Nuland would only reiterate that OSCE observers have full immunity.
Hey, its not like the State Department has anything else to worry about.
The observers will in part be looking for voter fraud and suppression activities by conservative groups. Theyre only monitoring conservatives because nobody on the other side of the political spectrum has been busted in a voter fraud scam since, oh Wednesday.
A list of where the observers will be stationed is here. Because this group is affiliated with the UN, the comptrollers of those listed cities would be wise to prepare to have to unpaid parking tickets on the ledger until the end of time.
Is there any treason against the American
people which the US State Dept will NOT do?
Hey SD, how about issuing a statement on Libya.
A cop can make your life very miserable without arresting you.
The threats to Texas officials by the States AG and the State Dept in Washington beg the response “ Or you’ll do what?”
As for immunity from arrest? Nonsense, perhaps an immunity from prosecution but ANYBODY can be arrested and detained. The legalities of the arrest can be dealt with later, after the elections in this case and by then we all know nothing will ever come of it.
Ooooooh, Austin. The hotbed of political conservatism in Texas.

This is part of the islamic takeover of America “2020” Plan. They have highjacked the united nations and are using the access to infiltrate their own into the country. It’s time for patriots to wake up!
So the UN is observing in Springfield, Illinois, but Crook County and Rahmabad traditionally, and proudly, boasts of legendary voting fraud, lack of ballot box security studied by the Argonne National Labs Center for Physical Security, dead voters, etc. Yup, the UN is focused like a laser beam on voter fraud. Good job to the blue-pastel-helmeted weenies.
I think the appropriate response to the State Department from Attorney General Abbott is, “Go to hell.”

States have rights, the federal “government” does NOT
Here in Texas, the county sheriff has the ultimate law enforcement authority. This includes over federal agents. At least that has always been my understanding. This gives them the right to arrest DPS and local police. This may get interesting.
Another example of zero trying to destroy this country.

No, that’s why we need more than a change of Presidents. The State Department needs a complete cleansing.
The FedGov can let them in the country, but once they enter any particular state, they fall under the laws of that state. It’s none of the Fed’s business unless what the state does violates the US constitution.
Then maybe they need to stay IN the 'United States' and keep their ass OUT of Texas.
Our AG is smart enough to know pesky legal things like the 10 Amendment to the US Constitution, the Rule of Exclusion, AND the legal definition of the 'United States', doncha know!
I also noticed the only place they're going to be is the most liberal place in the State. Guess they don't have the 'nads to show up where us gun totin', Bible thumpin' rednecks live.
UN Observers in Texas:
Conny Jensen from Denmark
Melanie Leathers from United Kingdom
Note: Both will be stationed on the Left Coast in Austin, Texas.
Actually , the UN ‘observer’ in Austin is there to ensure that each individual Democrat voter casts multiple ballots for Lloyd Dogget, Prop 1,Kirk Watson and to Keep Austin Weird.
