These layoffs along with the Democrat-killed taconite mine in northern WI and the Kimberley Clark layoffs could well tip the balance in WI. All Romney-Ryan need to talk about is the economy, the economy, the economy - from not til Nov. 6.

Meanwhile, the defense contractors such as Boeing and Lockheed stopped all layoffs for now under promise not to announce or continue them until after the election in fear of Obama taking away major dollar contracts.
