As a law abiding citizen; I’m not opposed to the helicopter dispatching heat-seeking missles and killing EVERYONE in the vehicle. When the cops put on the flashing lights and siren - that means PULL OVER. It does not give anyone license to endanger everyone else on the road.
If you want to endanger innocent American’s, who are peacefully commuting - I have no problem at all seeing you killed. That goes for teenagers out for a joy-ride, illegals, drunks, car thieves and everyone else.
It’s not like we have a shortage of humans - and we can certainly do with a lot fewer of the criminal element.

You'd be just fine with say, a police car chasing someone down (say because of expired plates), who refuses to stop, then shoot them? ... wow.
