A New York City cop allegedly discussed plans to “kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat the body parts of a number of women,” according to a felony complaint unsealed today in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.
The officer, Gilberto Valle, 28, was arrested Wednesday by the FBI and is scheduled to appear today before a federal magistrate judge.

The electronic communications were recently discovered by FBI agents during a court-authorized search of Valle’s computer. That review also revealed that Valle (seen at right) had “created files pertaining to at least 100 women and containing at least one photograph of each woman.”

Agents found a document on Valle’s computer titled “Abducting and Cooking [Victim-1]: a Blueprint.” The document included the woman’s name, date of birth, height, weight, and bra size, along with a “Materials Needed” section (car, chloroform, and rope).

Takes ignorance or a lot of fortitude to ignore the loons like Shelia Jackson Lee in the Democrat Party and not speak out. Democrats have embraced the Occupantloads but police on the beat still have to deal with them. Likewise, there are those who see the lousy standards of those working in the public sector. This cop bitched that he’d have to spend 15 more years in NYC (I guess to get his full benefits). Doesn’t sound like someone who is THAT against “the system”.

For some reason I was thinking it was related to him having a young daughter and perhaps a custody thing. What you said makes more sense. Of course the whole thing does not really make a lot of sense. Never met anyone openly admitting to being a cannibal.
