Donald Trump is to claim that he has unearthed divorce papers of Michelle Obama and the President, according to a respected financial pundit with links to the tycoon. It is alleged that the eccentric real estate mogul will claim that the documents show the First Lady and the President were at one point in their two decades of marriage seriously considering splitting up. Trump set the hare running on Monday by claiming that he was set to make an announcement on Wednesday that would be ‘bordering on gigantic' and that it would ‘possibly’ change the Presidential race.

With “friends” like this, Romney needs no enemies. Doing this would gain at least some sympathy vote for Zero, esp from women.
It’d be ironic, given that Obama used divorce records to torpedo his initial opponent in the Senate race in 2004.

Like I said... Trump needs to shut up go away and let things play out. Obama will lose the election. He is going to fade away. Biggest blunder of electing a president in history.
They are not divorced. So if this does anything, it will bring Obama some sympathy, and help him.
Maybe Trump really doesn’t like Romney.
Or maybe this isn’t what Trump is doing at all. Maybe Trump has nothing. Maybe he’s just being Trump.
Hard to imagine that people actually took him seriously as a presidential contender.

This is hardly “gigantic.”
I don’t like this at all. He’s liable to scare up sympathy for the Obama family. If this is what it is then Trump is really getting kookier by the day.
I read that several years ago. Mickey said they almost split up, even got divorce papers but decided to work on it.
This will not do anything but strengthen their constant gagging talk of love - look we worked it out.
If this is divorce papers, barring some totally unexpected earth-shattering aspect:
1) the media ignores it
2) Obama campaign states brief outrage to marginalize it then ignores it
3) Mitt Romney is forced to do the same
4) Obama either isn’t harmed or gets a slight bit of sympathy
5) Donald Trump is an ass with a toupee. Still.
Or maybe the Mooch accused him of carrying on a homosexual affair while married to her?
