Some questions I haven't seen answers to;
1. Who was Turkish diplomat 2. Were they assigned to Benghazi or were they there temporarily? They could have been assigned to Tripoli or just in country for a meeting? 3. Aha was this diplomats portfollio? He could be the Counsel or have a portollio in intelligence, defense, security, dealing with Syrian rebels. Etc 4. Who ordered the US forces not to provide support in this 5+ hour attack? You know it's not a clunky and probably not the Secratary of State.
Good questions...!
Eh....what in heck is a CLUNKY...?!
Continued: 5. Since there was a predictor drone overhead streaming it live. Who besides State got the feed. I’m guessing both the CIA and the White House.
6. At the White House was it in the Situation Room? If not why not? If it was who was in room? Where was the President? There is a 6 hour time difference. 10:00 pm in Benghazi is 4:00 pm in DC
I’m starting to bate this tablet. I want my computer back from the shop. I ment flunky
I believe Hillary Clinton is more of a facilitator to things gone wrong than we will ever know. Obama simply agrees with her and gave her more than a little power to even get her into his administration.
Hillary is quite in the know on Chris Stevens relationship with Turkey whose shores received arms recently, destined for Libya, and his knowledge of the 20,000 missiles in country, as Woods testified before Issa.
Republicans refuse to expose Hillary in their effort to discredit Obama during an election year and for history to lock in Obama. To nail a former first lady is thought unacceptable and so she skates.
I think their dinner centered on sensitive details regarding arms shipments to Syrian rebels.
I think the reason no go order was given for the secon larger QRF from Sigonella Sicily was fears they could be shot down by MANPADS floating around so much of Bengazi.
I think the political leadership wanted a “Desert One”-scenario right before an election.
Go away..'batin'
“I think the reason no go order was given for the secon larger QRF from Sigonella Sicily was fears they could be shot down by MANPADS floating around so much of Bengazi.”
Very astute point.
Was that who he had dinner with? Were there any other Turkish diplomats there that had just been flown in?
Don’t sweat it. Sometimes when I post from the iPad, it posts six or seven times. Embarrassing to say the least.
My laptop fell off a shelf and had to go to the shop. Banged up the DVD drive which wouldn’t open and I didn’t know what else. Took it in to a shop and they cleaned it got the computer (got rid of all the nasty dust on the inside) and fixed the drive. Seems I tweaked the rail on one side when it fell. Total cost $59. I’m amazed since this is L.A.
