I had no idea this video would be so powerful before I started watching it. In fact at the moment Im filled with anger after having heard the stories of those who survived, that Hasan is still alive 3 years after his ruthless massacre but even more so that they are currently arguing in court whether he can keep his beard!
And then on top of that Im reminded that this administration labeled this Islamic terrorist attack as workplace violence which means those who survived it are ineligible for the purple heart and the families of those who were killed do not get the same benefits of those who are killed in combat. This is outrageous!

Bump
Obama isn’t going to let His Hero and Friend be Hurt or Damaged in any way.....
Terror ping
Has anyone been following this and explain why it has taken so long for this Islamist murdering sh*thead has yet to go to trial? I really don't get it. What could possibly be that savage's defense? How many motions can be forwarded in a military court of law? Courts Martial used to make sure proceedings progressed quickly without a lot of nonsense. What's going on here?
That’s Ojibway for “I’m a disgruntled employee!” right?
BTTT
Even worse than this terrorist drawing breath, for the life of me I don’t understand why anyone at Club Gitmo is still alive.
One reason that the court may have been interested in a slow-mo trial is because they may suspect that under Obama there is no way that true justice will ever be served.
I really hope this is on the list of the FIRST actions President Romney takes in office, once he is elected.
IMMEDIATE and thorough justice for this murdering snake!!

Are there no patriotic Congress critters left?
Some one needs to write a bill that would over rule the Admonistration covering for muslims and see that these heroes killd and wounded in an act of war are awrded whatever medals they deserve.
Zer0 might even exercise his power to pardon to make his buddy, Louis Farrakhan happy. In this case he can give a pre-trial pardon thus sparing Nidal Malik Hasan the trouble of a trial.
Sorry to burst your bubble on the purple heart TigerClaws but the jehadist in this case was a member of the US Army... that alone is enough to deny the wounded a purple heart.
Unfortunately, you’re correct. HAD this been labeled an “act of terror” by the Secretary of the Army, all military wounded or killed would be eligible.
Specifically:
a. The Purple Heart is awarded in the name of the President of the United States to any member of an Armed Force or any civilian national of the United States who, while serving under competent authority in any capacity with one of the U.S. Armed Services after 5 April 1917, has been wounded or killed, or who has died or may hereafter die after being wounded
(1) In any action against an enemy of the United States.
(2) In any action with an opposing armed force of a foreign country in which the Armed Forces of the United States are or have been engaged.
(3) While serving with friendly foreign forces engaged in an armed conflict against an opposing armed force in which the United States is not a belligerent party.
(4) As a result of an act of any such enemy of opposing armed forces.
(5) As the result of an act of any hostile foreign force.
(6) After 28 March 1973, as a result of an international terrorist attack against the United States or a foreign nation friendly to the United States, recognized as such an attack by the Secretary of the Army, or jointly by the Secretaries of the separate armed Services concerned if persons from more than one service are wounded in the attack.
So why wouldn’t Clause #6 apply to this incident? I seem to recall elements of evidence concerning Hasan’s communication with al-Qaeda operatives outside the US. If that can be proven, then the only thing holding back a Purple Heart determination is pure politics. Hasan being a member of the USArmy would have no bearing because his entry to service would be under the color of treason due to collusion with an international terror organization.
It would still require SecArmy to CALL it an international terrorist incident, NOT “workplace violence”. . .
The current occupant of the oval office doesn’t want to annoy his co-religionists by calling this what it is: murder in the name of the death cult.
I advise the “Allahu Akbar” was a “joke-gone-wrong” defense.
