The third new finding in the documentary is the explicit threat to attack the consulate to retaliate for the U.S. killing of a local al-Qaeda big shot. That comes at about the 3:53 mark. The threat aired in June. Its title: “Take U.S. Consulate in Retaliation for Abu Yaya Al-Libbi.”

We also know what President Obama was doing with his intelligence in the weeks leading up to the attacks: He was paying little or no attention to it. He had it delivered to his iPad and…that’s all we know. He had attended fewer than half of his Presidential Daily Briefings in 2012 prior to the Benghazi and Cairo attacks.

It appears to me that the goals delegated to Obama by his handlers are beyond his capability. Obviously his handlers placed entirely too much faith in his abilities. Obama is a small time con in a BIG time game. Destined to failure, and taking everybody down with him.

I would be willing to place a bet that if George W. Bush where still the president, things would have gone down differently. He would have had the daily intel briefings. First thing on his daily list of things to perform.
And would not have allowed the DoS to be so slack in it's duties to protect it's employees. This has to be among the most corrupt administrations of all times when considering the whole over the past four years, as well as totally derelict of important duties.
