Almost immediately after pool reports indicated that President Barack Obama called the deaths of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi “not optimal” during the taping of “The Daily Show,” social media exploded with outrage over the president’s remarks.
The backlash was almost instantaneous — and it was brutal. The clumsy phrase from Obama gave birth to the #NotOptimal hashtag on Twitter, which was trending nationwide as of 7:30 p.m. ET.

He needs to be held accountable. It is inexcusable that they try to mock Romney for leaving out the obvious word “resumes” when he gets away with this bull feces. He has said 100 things worse, especially “corpseman,” and the press doesn’t touch it. He repeated corpseman each time it came on his prompter that speech.
Obama’s “not optimal” comment is exactly what one would expect to come out of the mouth of a narcissistic sociopath.
How is that different from “a bump in the road?”

I know this is anecdotal, but a VERY liberal woman in my office — who had prominently displayed a “Hope and Change” poster in her office — has been acting quite despondent lately. Several people were talking about the debates yesterday, and she was asked by another lib how she thought things were going re: the election. And she said: “It’s not the same as it was last time” — which I took to mean 2008 — “Now, I just don’t know. It’s not the same. I just don’t know anymore. I don’t know what to believe.”
I almost went into cardiac arrest. If SHE is having doubts, then Obama is TOAST!!!
