The way to stop crime in Chicago is to fire the mayor, got to New York and get Rudy abd the police commisioner and set them to the task.

A better tax would be on each bullet shot. A tax of $10 per shot would curtail the shooting better. A $25 tax on a kill shot would be great as well./s

I actually had a conversation with a liberal when I was in college, who proposed that cops should not be allowed to shoot to kill, under any circumstances, even if the criminal is armed, the cops should just shoot the weapon out of his hand. The guy was completely serious.
I didn’t even bother to answer him, figuring that anybody that damn’d liberal stupid was far beyond any help I might be able to give.
