“There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the Republicans and Democrats.”

I have, somewhere, virtually the same quote from Malcolm X!

It’s difficult to come off as a conservative with an audience full of libs. The candidate has to decide whether to play to that crowd and risk an adverse reaction; or play to the TV audience.

Thats what happens when Mitt’s “moderate” campaign obsesses on charming 4% of the voter dolts who have fantasy crushes on obama but won’t admit they will vote for him as a form of liberal guilt release, even if obama strangles puppies on live TV

Romney would have delivered the coup de grâce to Obama over Benghazi had Candy not jumped in.

Well, Paul Ryan’s question to Joe Biden on the topic of Obama forcing the Catholic church to include contraception and abortifacients in their healthcare, asking him:

“If what you said is true, why is the Catholic Church suing the Obama administration” was interrupted by .... JOE BIDEN.

It was a tactic to mask the substance of Paul Ryan’s statement. Interrupt often so that the audience will not get your argument.

To people saying Newt would have done better....that’s why he lost to Romney in the debates.

Folks have unrealistic visions of Newt. He really wasn’t that good folks.

Both will lose. See the remainder of the default process and other increasing possibilities ahead.

The more I read Tamny, the more I develop a tremendous feeling that he’s an arrogant jerk.

Well, if you are a constitutionalist/conservative/capitalist Romney is warm spit. It’s just that Obama is the devil. We suck it up and push Romney over the line only as a holding action, then the real fight begins.
I think Obama is actually right that Romney’s numbers don’t add up. The budget needs to be slashed, either through a strong leader or after a Greece like collapse.

I saw that too, and am of the same opinion as you. I think sometimes mitt is really a puppet of liberal(RINO) handlers, a number of which have been inside his campaign sabotaging him. But what choice do we have? and what does it matter in the long run? Washington won’t give up power no matter who we send there.

Their greed and corruption is too deeply entrenched to be dugout from within by even a patriot, Much less a power drunk politician.

I say newt would have done better too but that’s like comparing a pro baseball player to a hobiest. Mitt still won dispute the Democrats underhanded efforts to rig the table. Newt would simply have won the debate by a much larger margin because that is what Newt is good at.

I’m not second guessing Mitt’s primary, but nether am i questioning what is to me a fact that Newt is a much better debater and all around handler of facts, reason, & logic than Mitt ever was.

They are different men with different strengths end of story. Most republicans felt Mitt’s management(executive) strengths were more suitable to the situation.
