Sources have told the Daily Telegraph that just five unarmed locally hired Libyans were placed on duty at the compound on eight-hour shifts under a deal that fell outside the State Department's global security contracting system.
Blue Mountain, the Camarthen firm that won a $387,000 (£241,000) one year contract from the US State Department to protect the compound in May, sent just one British employee, recruited from the celebrity bodyguard circuit, to oversee the work.
The compound was overrun by a mob of Islamic extremists on the morning of September 12 in an apparent planned attack that resulted in the death by asphyxiation of the ambassador, Chris Stevens.

“Other firms in the security industry expressed surprise that Blue Mountain had won a large, high profile contract from the US government. One industry executive said the level of service Blue Mountain provided did not appear adequate to the risks presented by a lawless city. “
Something suspicious with this
“Darryl Davies, the manager of the Benghazi contract for Blue Mountain, flew out of the city hours before the attack was launched. The Daily Telegraph has learned that relations between the firm and its Libyan partner had broken down, leading to the withdrawal of Mr Davies. “
Hire these guys to protect the British ambassador in DC, the White House and State Department asap. What goes around in Islamic appeasement should go around to the top.
I want someone in a hearing to ask why Blue Mountain was selected.
Obviously , CIA had people attached to the annex.
But how convenient that the manager got out of there right before the attack.
Are there really Welsh folk named Davies?
A celebrity Bodyguard providing security for a lawless terrorist haven????

Well isn’t this just ducky.
The beat goes on,and on,and on.
.
Oh boy, one thing after another. Unbelievable.
Should have hired Xe (aka Blackwater).
Another item for the list.
Nice one Army Air
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Are they tweaking the story to nudge the big event off the 9/11 anniversary?
Stevens probably didn’t die until Sept 12th local time.
Davies/Davis are common Welsh names.
The other question that needs asking is, if he was already contracted in May, what was he doing back in Benghazi - did his arrival precede the spat with the locals or come as a result of it? What was the nature of the spat?
Here’s REALLY suspicious!
“Blue Mountain Group was not identified as the vendor in that summary of the contract. Instead, the vendor was listed under the vague term “Miscellaneous Foreign Awardee.”
Incredibly, the vendor contact address on the contract — 1275 First Street, NE, Washington, D.C. is not the office of Blue Mountain Group, but is instead the office of the Regulatory Secretariat Division of the General Services Administration of the federal government. The phone contact listed in the contract is of an office number for an employee of the GSA.”
Presumably the selection process that awarded the contract to Blue Mountain was whats called typically called best value and not simply price.
Imagine the nonsense wish list that the State Department brought to the table: inclusive hiring practices, minority and women hiring preferences, preference to same gender domestic partnerships, etc.
(Note these policies would have enraged the locals Islamists.)
Blue Mountain just made the best sales pitch and they protected one of the Adele once aint that just the coolest thing ever.
Ultimately, given the process, the people judging best value can steer the contract to whomever they chose or to suit whatever motive.
America’s globalist policy of Islamic appeasment and Nation building has gone suicidal. I don’t want to see the future of what other attacks they have set up for our country and our allies.
Why would we hire out our State Department security in an Islamic nation at a time of war, to a private, foreign firm?
The owner of the firm is a British pop culture celebrity idol. He apparently plays security on television.
Our elite wins the prize for amorality, ignorance and carelessness on all levels of society. Or it could be their culture of centralized “rule” and death that inspires them. Nero.
