I know, just kidding.
However, the amount of information coming out since the debate last night is going to outrun everybody's headlights. The WH, of course, if trying to pin this on State. In other words, it's Hillary's fault.
Do you think Bill and Hill are going to put up with that? Obama's support is crumbling. His administration is imploding.
He has only one way out. Look for a "wag the dog" scenario in Libya or Syria. The cassus belli has already occurred.

I wonder when those involved in the intel are going to stick their necks out? When Ambassador Kennedy and others say they got it from "the intelligence community" I think they are speaking of non-existent beings. FWIW I think Issa was speaking of intel personnel when he said "whistle blowers" told the Oversight Committee 'no one ever said that.'

Thanks for that link. Did they want to leave the Benghazi area open territory for terrorists for some reason? Sounds wild but what isn’t here?

It did seem like an odd choice. I would have expected them to use one of the IPS schools.

There may be an intel community but the message was spoken by one voice.
I suspect there is a circular path where the White House issued orders a bout what the intel should be and that was handed down to the voice that delivered the message to the White House.
Issa apparently got word from someone tangential to the circle

Yes, that works as well, but maybe she messed with the wrong “spirator”. Bill and Hillary worked their deviance at one level, with Obama it is a whole new ball game, the likes of which we really don't comprehend yet. I don't even think those around him know what he is capable of.
To: blueunicorn6
funny, is that something like an initiation?

———is not receiving accurate and timely intelligence ———
To receive there must be a receiver. Since the briefings were not attended, the delivery had to have been written. If not read, was it delivered?
Reading intel was likely at the bottom of a do list totally dominated by improving steadily declining re election chances.
It can be argued the President simply didn’t give a damn about anything but reelection. He lost track of reality.

Here's what I think about that. I don't think either one can wiggle out of this. I don't think either one can try to throw the other under the bus without a fight to the death resulting in two fatalities. Notice that Amb. Kennedy pushed the new scapegoat, "intelligence community," pretty hard.
An anonymous martyr. Who do they belong to? State? WH? The only logical move for both 0 & H is to toss the CIA (Petraeus) under the bus. Think he'll go quietly?
Will the press and the people accept such a lame buck-passing excuse? It wouldn't hold water anyway.

Hillary was involved in investigating Nixon; now she is to be investigated. She is seeing it all from both sides now.

Well I think she is heavily damaged by what happened in Libya. It demonstrates management incompetence on her part. This likely due to naivety about Libyan rebel gratitude and her ingrained leftest reluctance to be believe the DOD & IC professionals as well having never personally run an organization larger then maybe her immediate secretary back in her Rose Hill Law Firm days. (I guarantee as both Arkansas and US First Lady she had "Chiefs-of-Staff" to manage the day-to-day activities of her respective staffs!)
It's typical liberal arrogance, thinking “I-am-so-brillant-I-don't-need-to-take-the-time-to-gain-experience-like-the-common-folk-do! If-a-nonIvy-League-or-even-a-high-school-grad-can-gain-managment-skills-, it-must-be-easy!”

I agree. I don’t think he is as bumbling and incompetent as he appears to be. I think 0 & H underestimate each other. Love to see them go hammer and tongs at each other. Tarantula vs. scorpion.

This has been one of the most interesting and thought provoking posts I've read in a while. A lot of good links and background information. All plausible and no conspiracy nut sirens yet either.... What a mess this country is in....

This mis where Ryan screwed up in the debate.
When Biden said "We didn't know" that the people in Libya requested more security, Ryan should have demanded to know who "We' was.
If the White House didn't know, why is it the State Dept didn't pass that information on? If so, then heads should roll inside the State Department, including Hillary.
If the State Department did pass that request to the White House and the "We" are Joe Biden and Barak Obama who were not informed, then heads should roll inside the White House starting with the Chief of Staff.
Or perhaps is was reported to the President in his Daily Intel Brief that he was too damn busy to read considering he had to rehearse for his Vaudeville act on Letterman.
IMHO, Ryan should have demanded to know who We are.
