I wonder when those involved in the intel are going to stick their necks out?

When Ambassador Kennedy and others say they got it from "the intelligence community" I think they are speaking of non-existent beings. FWIW I think Issa was speaking of intel personnel when he said "whistle blowers" told the Oversight Committee 'no one ever said that.'

There may be an intel community but the message was spoken by one voice.

I suspect there is a circular path where the White House issued orders a bout what the intel should be and that was handed down to the voice that delivered the message to the White House.

Issa apparently got word from someone tangential to the circle
