There are (unconfirmed) whispers that Rudy Giuliani wants to run for public office again.
Swirling around martinis faster than the olive is an unconfirmed — also, so far undenied — rumor. Maybe just maybe just only possibly conceivably could be who-the-hell knows for sure but Giuliani might fleetingly far-flungedly casually lightheartedly consider peut être think of diving back into City Hall’s waters.

I think Guiliani would make a good Attorney General in a Romney Administration.
He was already a US attorney and he wouldn’t in a million years do the BS that evil Holder has gotten away with.

I agree 100%....Rudy for AG.
He should’ve run for Governor in 2010 and taken out a future Dem Presidential contender in Andrew Cuomo.

Just curious. Does the attorney general have to be an attorney? If not, wouldn’t it be a hoot if Sarah Palin was given the job? Her reputation for rooting out corruption should scare the crap out of a whole lot of folks.
Do you think Christie has his eye on this job? He is good at it.
Whoever gets it, I hope they hate corruption with a passion and are fearless in going after it.

Giuliani was always more than a bit too liberal on social issues for my tastes, but he is a stand-up guy. I particularly appreciated how he stood up for Palin when the media, at its most inflamatory maliciousness, was trying its best to dump the Tucson murders right onto Palin’s front doorstop. Most voices in the GOP were disgustingly absent (yes, my bitterness lingers on).

I think Palin is intellectually vapid (that means empty).
But if you want to dream, you should be thinking how fun it would be if she was named to the US Supreme Court.
Now that would be entertainment.

Palin has proven for 20 years that she can outsmart her opponents, she proved it when taking on both parties in Alaska and maintaining 80 and 85% approval ratings, and in becoming the most effective conservative in America since 2008.
It has taken both parties to keep her out of the white house, but she got her payoff in the 2010 elections and the rise of the tea party.

That’s a good question. Maybe yes for practical reasons, but there is also the Solicitor General who does have to be an attorney because he/she is the person who argues for the gov’t before the supreme court.
Giuliani might be OK for AG, but he might be a bit of a lib for that post.
Maybe he should just become “mayor for life” of NYC.
The republicans need SOMEBODY to run for mayor, somebody who is not a soda-obsessed idiot!

Palin failed to outsmart Katie Couric in 2008 and Couric is really really dumb.
You have a weak view when you cling to a single interview from a 20 year career of a veep candidate having to step in with no warning, and reflect the views of a presidential candidate that she differed from greatly and had not had time to adjust to, and an interview that CBS has refused to release in full if I recall correctly.
Conservatives love the effect that Palin has had on conservative political gains over the last 4 years and her effect as America’s top endorsement from either party.
