It should come as no surprise that President Obama will raise taxes if he is re-elected. But here’s the shocker: He will invite the United Nations to tax Americans directly. And the proceeds would go directly to the Third World. In this way, Barack Obama will, indeed, realize the dreams of his father.
In our new book, "Here Come the Black Helicopters: UN Global Governance and the Loss of Freedom," Eileen and I describe how there is now pending in the U.N. all kinds of plans to tax Americans and redistribute their wealth – not to other Americans – but to other countries. These taxes will not be like our U.N. dues paid by a vote of our Congress. Nor akin to foreign aid which we choose to give. They would be mandatory levies imposed by treaty on American citizens. And, since they would be enumerated in a Treaty – not an act of Congress -- only the president and the Democratic Senate need be on board. The Republican House has no role in the Treaty-making process.
(Of course, we do not believe that actual black UN helicopters will land in our midst to take over our country. But we use the symbolism to warn that the liberal, bureaucratic elites in the UN, enabled by Obama and Hillary, mean to create global governance to override American self-rule and independence).

Not really. They will give the right, through the signing of treaties, for the UN to mandate taxation of the U.S. in various areas. The idea is horrifying. Think about it. Better yet, read Morris’ book.
Great...paying taxes for those no one voted for...what was that called again? Taxation without representation?
My husband and I have lived in a number of foreign countries, and have had the opportunity to socialize with people from the IMF, WHO, and dignitaries. The money we spend in “aid” is obscene and generally doesn’t go to “aid.” It’s nothing more than bribes to line the foreign leaders pockets. If you think it helps the people, I’ve got a bridge to sell you. The majority of foreign aid should be stopped immediately.

Currently, the U.N. is actively piecing together the U.N. Small Arms Treaty.
This treaty will:
“Enact tougher licensing requirements, creating additional bureaucratic red tape for legal firearms ownership.
“Confiscate and destroy all “unauthorized” civilian firearms (exempting those owned by our government of course).
“Ban the trade, sale, and private ownership of all semi-automatic weapons (any that have magazines even though they still operate in the same one trigger pull – one single ‘bang’ manner as revolvers, a simple fact the ant-gun media never seem to grasp).
“Create an international gun registry, clearly setting the stage for full-scale gun confiscation.
“In short, overriding our national sovereignty, and in the process, providing license for the federal government to assert preemptive powers over state regulatory powers guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment in addition to our Second Amendment rights.”

Exactly. The international elite, who deem themselves as existing above the petty claims of loyalty to country, dream of recreating the privileged world of the 18th century, before the American and French Revolutions, when gentlemen of Vienna and Paris could expect deference and hospitality from their "peers" in England -- and of course instant obedience and lock-tugging obeisance from the English commoners.
They dream of a world in which to be one of them is to be on Easy Street for life. Sort of like the way they have it now, only without the nervousness attendant on reliance on voluntary American contributions to their perpetual movable feast.
A high-school classmate married a young Dane in the diplomatic corps. Life was occasionally demanding in Geneva, she told the rest of us by letter, but somebody has to go to all those parties!

I believe it. How else will the taxes be enforced?
I don’t understand how any voter in this country could be for this. Nor do I understand how any politician from either party could be for this. It must be that “new world order - one world government” thingy.
They’re probably going to pass a law that says you can’t use SS money to buy ammo. Like not being able to buy booze with food stamps.
Whoever is doing this will not like having his name published in the papers, one, and two, he must have a death wish.
Vast armies have died for lesss than this.
