You beat me to the punch. With the U6 number stubbornly above 14% for years, people losing their jobs and their homes, it’s just amazing that the homeless stories just got wiped off the media’s radar as if they never existed. They only reappear during Republican administrations, and so do the war protestors.
You took the words out of my mouth. “Homeless” stories will be immediately published the day Romney takes office as you cant find from a story in the papers in the last 4 years.
That is one of my favorites to track between democrat and republican presidents and news coverage, I have been watching the media interest in "the homeless" since the late 1970s, it is amazing how the media interest comes and goes based on the party in the white house.
