RUSH: Fairfield, California, it's Mike, and I'm glad you waited, Mike. Welcome to the EIB Network.
CALLER: Greetings, and mega Big Bird California kudos.
RUSH: Thank you very much, sir.
CALLER: First, let me give you my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all that you do, Mr. Limbaugh.
RUSH: Thank you very much, sir.
CALLER: It's been quite entertaining this morning watching the reactions to the big bird that Mr. Romney flipped to the liberals and the media last night.
RUSH: (laughing)
CALLER: May I make a quick comment on last night and then I have a question for you.
RUSH: Yeah.
CALLER: I kind of liken Obama's reactions and demeanor last night to a predator drone, if you can follow this. They're built and programmed to perform a mission, but if they run into a situation that doesn't meet their computer program, it just kind of defaults back to flying in circles. My question to you is, you touched on something last week that's been a concern of mine, and with all the polls being manipulated and showing this huge lead for Obama, particularly in the battleground states --
RUSH: Yeah.
CALLER: If and when Romney is elected --
RUSH: Yeah.
CALLER: -- what do you think the reaction on the streets will be, particularly in the large urban areas.
RUSH: Well, depends on what the final week polls are. If the final week poll has Obama winning by ten in Ohio and Romney wins it, you got riots. If the polls tighten and they get real close, then I don't -- it was a legitimate question somebody asked because these people, if they're told, these rabid leftists, if they are told this a slam dunk and it's over, and Romney wins this thing, it could get bloody out there. But if the polls are tight in the last week, then I think there's less likelihood of any kind of violent reaction.
CALLER: I tend to agree.
RUSH: Are you worried about that? Are you worried about riots and fires and mayhem and so forth.
CALLER: I am concerned that there would be some sort of civil unrest. As to the size of it, that's unanswerable at this point, of course.
RUSH: Well, it's good to be prepared, good to be prepared. I think if there happened to be -- let's just pretend here. Let's say that the polls are not slam dunk. I mean they're not landslide, but they're pretty solid that Obama wins. But Romney wins. Well, who's gonna be responsible for this? Who would be responsible for any outbreak in what you called civil unrest? For example, in Libya, it was a videotape. A videotape in California caused the civil unrest in Libya. Well, obviously it would be the pollsters. You'd have to blame the pollsters. They would be the ones responsible for this. I wonder how they would feel about that, if that happened. We don't want to contemplate such things. But it's simply a question born of an acknowledgement that Occupy Wall Street is not exactly a nonviolent bunch. Occupy Wall Street is not a bunch of pacifists out there.

there will be plenty ready to organize
There might be a bit of unrest, wrong time of year for major riots. The way Obama is doing so far, even black voters might turn against him by election day.
Here’s something I think will happen instead ...
“Umm, yes, I would like to book four seats to Caracas, Venezuela.”
“Name?”
“The one.”
“Can you spell that for me?”
“F-A-I-L-U-R-E.”
“Okay and for what date?”
“November 7th, any time is good.”
“And who will be travelling with you?”
“The other failures.”
“Return date?”
“One way, thanks, we’re seeking political asylum..”
“Do you have any pets that you wish to arrange transportation for?”
“No, the vice-president will be staying in America.”
I don’t want to be anywhere near a major city when the election results start adding up.
I have two daughters living in New Haven CT. I have urged them both to drive to my home election night and wait until it’s over to see what the reaction might be. It seems likely to me that an Obama loss could trigger urban riots nationwide.
There shall be celebration!
Americans all over will be gathering together to watch the results, hoping and praying for the future of our country.
Lady Liberty will be standing tall that night, her light illuminating the dark.
Everyone with fireworks should light them off, all night long. One on the hour, and some in between for good measure.
There should be campfires, weather permitting, and folks should grill USDA Prime steaks, chicken, and ribs.
Parents should introduce their kids to the process. Let them stay up, make s’mores and teach them cribbage and other games.
This is a simple story, beautifully told, and it should be the moment we turn this ship of state around.
God Bless.
For some, reality is a grayish, vague concept.
I don’t think so. I think Obama and his trickle down government lost last night. What are they going to riot about? His policies aren’t working and people aren’t as stupid as he thought they were.
Absolutely! Love it! May God also bless you!
I’m with you! You grillin’ or am I?
For some, reality is a social construct (lived around some spacey postmodern deconstructionists).
A target rich environment.
let them agitate for that civil war they want so much...they will be met with significant resistance
5.56 x 45 7.62 x 51 and 12ga O0-Buck
There will not be any rioting.
There will only be “civil unrest”, mainly by the AA community.
There will be ticker tape parades, the stock market will shoot up, businesses will hire again, retail will boom, (male) soldiers will grab good looking gals for a photo-op smooch...you get the picture.
Happy Days Are Here, Again!
The scu*bags will be agitating and stirring up discord and outrage; the usual Progressives who will hide behind whatever they need to, just to act out their inner ugliness.
IMHO
If it looks like Romney is likely to win beyond the Dems ability to cheat, look for the polls to undergo a "dramatic" shift a few days before election day. They do NOT want the above scenario, with a federal investigation by the Romney administration in January.
That's a great analogy. 0bama's talking points are so trite he can't even put them in different words from one time to the next.
