Mika Brzezinski played Dem re-education camp counselor on Morning Joe today. When former Obama "car czar" Steve Rattner wandered off the reservation, expressing support for Scott Brown over Elizabeth Warren in the Massachussetts senate race, Brzezinski tried to herd him back into line, asking him to agree that Warren is a "fantastic" candidate.
But Rattner would not obey. While conceding that she was "fantastic," Rattner made clear that he disagrees with her "on about 75% of her views on how the economy and the financial sector should be managed."

MZ. Warren has no record. She has opinions only. And those opinions are, well, counter productive to a free and capitalist society.
He should probably pass on that one. I believe this is the same guy saying we need death panels.

I had to laugh while watching the debate last night, thinking, “David Gregory hearts Scott Brown”. He must, to lead the debate off with a question about Granny Warren’s phony Indian claims.
Rattners argument was that Brown will work with Senate Dems to get things done in bipartision bills, but Liz Warren wont compromise being a solid partisan progressive, especially based on her replies at last nights debate. She was talking to her MSNBC fan base.
This was an very ironic and funny flip of the Obama theme :”I reached out my hand to make deals but they decided early on to oppose everything” back on a Dem/lib.

What the clip clearly shows to me is the polarized state of the East Coast Elite Glitterati. Eye-Roll Mika and Shouting Dizzy Dean blindly cling to the US Counterculture Socialist Ideas, while a few pocketbook guys such as Rattner have the guts to oppose, and stick to their reasons for doing so.
True, it is a small polarization difference in terms of numbers, but a hopeful indication that there may be more Rattners to jump the Ship of Fools that is the USS Counterculture.
David Gregory once in a while acts in a fair way to counteract the well deserved criticism that he’s in the tank with Obama.
Mika’s an airhead. Her boyfriend Joe is evil.
