I have no actual independent knowledge of this incident, but this article is written in such a way that it’s very likely exaggerating what was compromised, based on Gertz’s M.O. Since the other thread is locked, I will reply here. You have no knowledge but your personal speculation is good enough, and you point out on the other thread that the Navy said Gertz was wrong about submarines in the GoM, so he must be wrong about this too.
