If voters knew how Americas economy would look after two terms of President Barack Obamas administration, Mitt Romney would win in a landslide.
In the 2008 campaign, President Obama told the San Francisco Chronicle that the notion of no coal
is an illusion. He noted that he favors a cap-and-trade system, [s]o if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can. Its just that it will bankrupt them because theyre going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas thats being emitted.
While Obama did not get to implement cap-and-trade, he found other ways to shut down coal-burning power plants.
In the name of a rigidly anti-prosperity ideology, Obamas administration, through the Environmental Protection Agency, is continuing its war on jobs and reliable sources of energy. And like most onerous regulations, the true costs are not immediately visible.

Why has Congress done nothing to stop him?
Why has our very expensive Congress not even SAID anything even if they lack the votes in the Senate to get past Harry Reid?
Is there no recourse for “We The People” to right the ship?

Why should they? Obama’s on track for reelection. Obviously the majority of American’s are OK with this. So why should they?

The Eastern half of the US is going to be devastated. Zoom in on individual states to see locations better. Click on the blue pointers to see info. The column on the left gives more details.
With all these plants closing, what do we do for electrical energy? The remaining plants can’t possibly handle the load and I don’t see large numbers of “clean” plants under construction.
This is something Romney should start pounding on. Bring out the charts in each state and show people what obama has planned for them.
This is just another spike in our coffin if allowed to continue. The obama master plan marches on.

There is no surprise here...
He said he was going to do this!
I am tired of conservatives saying 0bama has failed. No, he has not failed and is not failing to implement everything he actually told he would.
You and I see it for how wrong-headed he is, but for the states that were suing each other over the ‘pollution’ he is doing what the courts could not. He is right on target with their agenda.

How about some Romney political ads showing a succession of closed power plants and people looking at their electric bills under one dim bulb.

Why has Congress done nothing to stop him?
How and why Obama, Congress on both sides of the aisle, and the judicial system all the way up the line seem to be gleeful and enthusiastic participants in the destruction of the country is the stuff of conspiracy novels. People are motivited by money and power, but also as a reaction to blackmail. We've seen too many examples of some investigation being dropped without explanation, or a judge turning on a dime at the eleventh hour. It happens too much to be pure coincidence. That said, plain old bribery would be easily detected by the IRS. Blackmail however is virtually untraceable, and has the added component of fear to keep people in line. If one follows this hunch, it could be conjectured that either our own domestic intelligence services e.g. CIA, FBI have been fully compromised, and are being used to "steer" politicians, or the intelligence services of hostile foreign power. Either way, everyone has skeletons in their closet they'd rather not let out, and it would explain the almost lockstep march towards oblivion our so-called leaders are taking us on.

I am tired of conservatives saying 0bama has failed. Obama does not want to destroy America! He just wants to maim it-permanently handicap it, by economics, by resources and raw materials, by whatever means.
The picture of him bowing to the Saudi King is his vision of America - subserviant in the world -

He wants to permanently, irreparably damage America. He is working on "leveling the playing field" so that we have no power and are equal to Third World countries. Go see "2016" while it is still showing at theaters. I believe Dinesh D'Souza nails it.

Yep, and another major disaster at an oil refinery in Oklahoma on the tube this morning. Too many catastrophies at oil refineries lately. Sabotage?

If that happened today guess we would have to appoint John Bolton or Allen West president. :^)

I don't understand Romney and his handlers with this stupid talking point. "I will create 12 million jobs." Period.
How about this instead? President Romney will lift all restrictions on:
The Keystone Pipeline.
Building new coal-fired power plants.
Mining, drilling, fracking, for all energy sources within our boards.
Licensing of new nuclear power facilities.
Building new oil refineries.
Net result in implementing any or all of these... More US energy independence. Millions of new non-government jobs. And, not $7.25 an hour jobs. Good paying jobs. Some that will span generations.
