I did a quick google search for you on “stop facebook notifications on iphone”, there seems to be more than a few little “offs” you have to set.
maybe opt out of the apps on facebook itself, although sometimes it still tells you. I haven’t gotten any notifications. I did have to go in and turn off it putting my photo next to me when I got an email which was really weird because it didn’t even use my profile photo (Gadsden flag) it used a photo I had been tagged in by the hubby. I really dislike having facebook be all in my contacts since it fills up my contacts with many people I will never call or email, but that I do like seeing the occasional news from on FB.
