Be careful with this, folks.

It's not clear from the video, but it sounds like the LONG TIME federal policy of buying cheap cell phones for poor, unemployed Food Stamp recipients.

The idea is if you don't have a phone number, it's much harder to get a job, thus, much harder to get off Food Stamps.

This goes back at least to George W. Bush, so the Hard Left can just toss this back in our faces and ridicule “Bush Phones.”

Food Stamps also subsidizes land line phones, for the same reason.

That policy goes back at least to the 1990’s.
