I guess Barry will be having a press conference tomorrow to accept the credit from the “media” for a fabulous job.
Thanks YOU!
Doesn’t matter to me. The damage is already done. I’m through with the NFL. They can go to hell.
Shame. The baby zebras are a perfect example of what happens when the rule of law is ignored and practiced by amatuers. A modern object lesson (albeit on a very small scale) in the fruits of moral relativism, public education, and all that addends to those who make their own gods. We needed them around at least till November 6 so we could point to them and say, “This is how liberal democrats function.”
Thank goodness, “our long national replacement nightmare” is over.
No kidding.
They knew if they did not do something they were facing a fan revolt..........
IBTCTBBTSR!
(In before the calls to bring back the scab refs!!)
Next week we’ll all be screamin “A blind high school ref coulda called that one better!!”
From what I’ve read so far, the NFL got the best deal. The unions didn’t get more money or benefits and the new members, 21 of them, will be tested and brought in under a kind of probation before being allowed to become union members and get the salary and bennies.
People will still complain and whine. It’s a game, you win some and you lose some. Deal with it.
I didn’t really see much of a difference with the replacements. I think they were just under more scrutiny. Pundits calling the Seahawks touchdown the worst call in history haven’t been watching football for very long.
The replacement refs should have unionized. Now they’re out of work. Roger Godell is once again ruining the middle class. /s
The only reason they settled is because of the huge blowback from last weeks’ game loss for the Packers.
So why did my team, who has a real chance to win the Super Bowl, have to be the victim of the stupidity of some sub officials who couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag? Why couldn’t it have been the Vikings or the Bears?
