Here are the CBS/New York Times internals. And here's the con the CBS/NYTs is attempting to pull:
Florida:
In 2004 the vote was R+4.
In 2008 the vote was D+3
CBS/NYTs is reporting that in 2012 we will see D+9.
Ohio:
In 2004 the vote was R+5
In 2008 the vote was D+8
CBS/NYTs is reporting that in 2012 we will see D+9
Pennsylvania:
In 2010 the vote was D+3
In 2008 the vote was D+7
CBS/NYTs is reporting that in 2012 we will see D+9.

Again, why won't the media report the dramatic news that Democrats are expected to turnout in record numbers against Republicans?
Because the media doesn't believe it.
And yet, that's exactly what media polls claim will happen.

By “Report Dem Turnout to Break All-Time Records”, you must mean that the Dem sample is +9, right?
I am not finding that believable at all.
Yes They Can!
After all, they got 18,000 people into a stadium that only holds 5000 - and still had a lot of empty seats left over!
This is The Onion or Scrappleface right ?
the other issue that makes them look completely foolish is every national poll has the race within a point or so, yet in the traditionally red states ayatollah obama is up 5-to-6 points???
wouldn’t that mean that Romney would have to snatch up a pretty large blue state to bring it back down to 1pt???
CBS This Morning reported near double digit leads for Obozo in Florida and Ohio.
This is Axelrod’s demoralization scheme with his willing accomplices in the MSM............
You might see a record R turnout.
It’s a sarcastic headline-basically if you believe that poll, you’d have to believe Dems will have record turnout this year. I think it will be just the opposite.
If you are stuffing the ballot boxes in these states, you have to sell the idea that there will be a very big turnout. It really looks bad when you count more Democrat votes than voters, as is in the case of ghetto precincts in PA and OH.
Of course there will be record turnout.....the dead vote too. Is this preparing us for the massive fraud? I think so.
Great. This headline may make some think:”ok...I guess they don’t need my vote that badly. I’ll stay home.”
That’s why crowds of 50,000-plus are greeting Obama at every rally.

Point well made. It’s the Dem strategy to have fake polls. What else have they got?
Obama and his crew said we are better off than four years ago. No way.
The Rats will stay home.
2008 was the record-turnout year, because they were poised to create history by electing the first black president. I don't think it will be repeated this year. The excitement just isn't there.
Not only the communist rags but Chuck Todd gleefully reporting it on the Today Show without anyone challenging the numbers.
CBS can see into the future?!
CBS can see into the future?!
I am starting to believe that these biased polls are just setting the table for Obama to steal the election. Something evil is afoot.
You might not be far off. I’m bad at html, but go to this link (an OH county spreadsheet) and you’ll see that the Rs are heavily OUTperforming 08 and that the Dems are seriously UNDERperforming 08. I haven’t done the math except in four NW counties-—Defiance, Williams, Fulton, and Paulding, but in those counties that Bush took with 60%, and which McCain only carried with 55%-—it appears on average that we are WAY over Bush’s levels.
