A Philadelphia man who claims to have been paid to have sex with former Poly Prep football coach Phil Foglietta in 1979 as part of an alleged pedophile ring that included Jerry Sandusky sent an email to several Poly Prep officials on Monday - including current headmaster David Harman - detailing the explosive allegation.
Greg Bucceroni, 48, also sent the email to Kevin Mulhearn, the Orangeburg, N.Y., attorney who represents 12 men who sued the school, alleging Poly Prep officials knew that Foglietta was a sexual predator but covered it up for decades in order to protect the elite institution's reputation and fund-raising efforts.
Bucceroni says he was a teenager when he said he met Foglietta at a Second Mile fund-raiser near State College, Pa. The Second Mile organization, which helped at-risk youths, was founded in 1977 by Sandusky, the former Penn State football coach who was convicted on 45 counts of sexual abuse of minors in June.

"(Between) 1977-1980 I was a child prostitute associated with a tri-state (NYC-NJ-PA) pedophile ring. (During the) summer of 1979 I was brought to the State College area by Ed Savitz for the purpose of child prostitution with Jerry Sandusky at a Second Mile fundraiser," Bucceroni wrote in the email. "Due to time constraints, Sandusky became unavailable and I was introduced to Phil Foglietta by Ed Savitz & Jerry Sandusky. Foglietta was introduced to us as Coach Phil who coached youth football in NYC. Foglietta agreed to pay $200.00 for child sex and followed us back to a Philadelphia hotel, myself (sic)ad another child prostitute then engaged coach Phil in child sex."

Several have mentioned earlier thoughts that this might prove to be a pedophile ring. It wasn’t just Freepers considering that possibility, but a newsman or blogger, or some writer in Pennsylvania had some evidence of a ring and had written about it soon after the Sandusky story broke wide open.

I wonder if the DA Ray Gricar found out about the ring, and that’s the reason he wound up “missing.”
A definite possibility, and it is odd how they never learned anything about the circumstances of his death, or disappearance.
They found his car and an unreadable hard drive, but never found him? Is that right?

And the fact that they found the hard drive and his laptop in two different locations on the river suggests that the hard drive was a target.

How deep and how far does this go? How many knew? The vermin need to be exposed. How many elites participated in hiding this? How many cops or judges knew?

Somehow, I don’t think Jerry Sandusky thinks anything he did is wrong ... aside from getting caught.

I've been thinking that it goes far deeper. Sandusky was being protected. I think he had the job of grooming and prepping young boys for the use of wealthy and powerful men associated with the Penn State power structure.

We now have some who run around saying that they have no problem wiht homosexuality, or their agenda, let them be married they say.

I had the cops called out to me from him .
Now he lives across the road from miles of woodland and nature trails but he hangs about outside my house and other houses where kids are.
The cop, a woman about 5 foot 5, overweight, long pink nails, purple eye shadow told me it was a misunderstanding between him and me and he will be walking down this road again he told her and that I should watch my kids .
THAT WAS IT, HE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO WALK AND HANG ABOUT HOUSES WITH KIDS but my kids now can;’t have a right to play outside in a safe place unless we stand there right next to them all the time and that is outsdie my house.

Oh and BTW LJ, I told the father of a kid next door about this and he told me that the same guy got his son stoned at his house.
My guess is that he was hanging about here to see if next dors kid comes out again.

I was up in Bston at the time and I remember every day on teir local news the headline.
“Crisis in the church”
Not once did they ever mention the homosexual issue in all of this, they turned it onto the church but ignored that it were homosexuals touching boys.
